The amiibo listed here aren’t necessarily for sale or reprinted at the time of this writing, but by the time Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury comes out, they’ll be up. These are official Amazon listings from Nintendo, so you can expect they’ll be opening soon. Bowser’s Fury releases February 12, so the Cat Mario and Cat Peach will be released the same day.
Amazon UK has a Cat Mario/Cat Peach 2-Pack listed, but the listing is far more expensive than just buying them separately if you live outside of the UK.

Different skins of characters usually work. My Toon Zelda from TLOZWW works as a Zelda just like my TLOZTP one.
