Short answer: the raider dies, you die, it doesn’t matter that you die, and then you win. I’m not sure that always happens though.
I’m going through the process of re-evaluating abandoned builds for my 6-star Tera Raid tier list, and was working on Jirachi’s Special attack Steel build. Long story short he has Steel Beam, which whacks off half your HP before Shell Bell kicks in to heal you, so I killed myself and the opponent with the same move. However, because Steel Beam hits them before taking your HP, they die first, and you win.
If there were a situation where somehow you’d lose your HP before they lose theirs, that could be a different outcome. But for the time being, I’m assuming this is how it’ll usually work until proven otherwise.
