Samus amiibo:
When scanned, Samus will increase the player’s health tank by 100. This scan is limited to a single scan per day, so plan carefully.
EMMI amiibo:
When scanned, EMMI will grant the player a “Missile Plus” tank, allowing the player to carry 10 more missiles than normal.
